Did Gary Bradley's Phoenix Holdings sign a contract with UT? How about the old swimming team; is that already gone?

I have an appointment next week to meet with the new detective and the prosecutor at Travis County White Collar Crime Unit. I would turn over the above information to them only if you can assure me that the above information is 100% accurate.
