I believe Gary Bradley is going to be generous to us and will donate land to the Association for playscapes, community center, hiking trails, sports courts, small parks, etc.

Gary Bradley should realize that if he does not donate the land to the Association, his land will eventually fall into his creditors?’ hands. So, homeowners, let us take advantage of Gary Bradley?’s ?“misfortune?” and grab as much land from him as possible.

What Bradley does with the land is his business. Everyone needs to lay off Bradley and appreciate all that he has done for Circle C. I find this e-mail extremely offensive.
