Based on the above monthly billing of December 2002, Terri Giles had charged her ?“management?” services on 3,105 lots.

Based on January 2003?’s Annual Report, the number of homes in Circle C Ranch was 2889 which means that 216 were empty, raw lands.

I just wonder what kind of ?“management?” services or bookkeeping services Terri Giles had provided to these raw, empty lands.

Terri charges $1.45 for each home and for each piece of empty lot in each month.
