The audit of the Association's books for the years of 2000 and 2001 were done AFTER my numerous inquiries and AFTER my discovery of the overcharge of homeowners?’ association fee in February of 2001. According to our Bylaws, the BOD should cause an annual audit of the Association books to be made by a public accountant at the completion of income and expenditures to be presented to the membership at its regular annual meeting, and deliver a copy of each to the members.
By ignoring the rules of the Bylaws, our dear Directors of the Broad are more than lack of leadership; they have violated the laws. Period.
