Lawsuits have their place 2
Brandon, you are right. Nobody wanted a lawsuit. But, when you are dealing with crooks who refused to listen to me members and then systematically shut down the HOA access, refused to follow OUR By-Laws, subverted the offical CCHOA newsletters, email, and other communication tools for their own use (PAC, BOD campains, and slander), then hid behind Full Circle Management and the CCR Info Center staff (people who shunned the very CCHOA members they were supposed to serve), and THEN hired lawyers BEFORE the lawsuit.....
I think that is a corrupt self-serving HOA that needs to be pulled like a bad tooth.
If that doesn't convince you, you may have never tried to access the HOA yourself. Go ahead, go ask them for a copy of the last board meeting minutes. See what kinds of hoops and excuses the lay out for you - even though those are records for the members.
These are the nastiest and meanest boardmembers I have ever dealt with. They are not working for you and me and there is something very, very strange about 3 men who would fight tooth an nail to preserve their un-paid positions.
Why would anyone fight so hard for a postion that keeps them tied up 30-50 hours a week, away from their families, if there wasn't some sort of payoff ? It's certainly not about property values or architectural control.
There is a lot of smoke and the rats about about to start jumping ship. This HOA is on fire and were are going to find it and put it out.
