I received this excerpt from a CCHOA email yesterday:

On July 16, 2003, in the lawsuit pressed by Circle C Resident and attorney Bill Gammon against the Board of Directors of the Circle C Homeowners Association (CCHoA), District Judge Jeanne Meurer ordered:



?“that Defendants must produce for inspection and copying upon a request by a member of the CCHoA, the list of e-mail addresses of the members of the CCHoA used for communication of CCHoA business as it exists 10 days after the entry of this order and thereafter (July 26, 2003, and thereafter).?”


I am asking that the Gammon, Costello, and Lisa triumvirate cease and desist from whatever agenda they have in mind. Now you guys are directly affecting my rights. I am very comfortable with receiving newsletters in email form. Because of your continuous badgering of the CCHOA members, you have taken that right away from me. You know why - because I don't want to have my email address known by you bunch of hoodlums.

Don't you get it. The majority of Circle C'ers DON'T WANT YOUR HELP. WE ARE HAPPY HERE. WE DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE WAY THINGS ARE BEING RUN HERE. But I do have a major problem when my rights are being affected by YOUR ACTIONS.

Just stop what you are doing. Enjoy the place. It is a nice place to live. I do not know what has spurred your venomous outbursts and actions, but you are in the minority in Circle C. The wishes of a few should not outweight the wishes of the minority. This should be obvious from the posts on this website. The same 3 people account for the vast majority of the posts.

I planned never to post here again until I received the lates CCHOA email. Enough is enough. I don't want my CCHOA dues to go towards court costs anymore. Please, just go away.

What a Tricky Board.....!!!


Look! How tricky these Directors are! They don?’t want sharing the e-mail addresses with the Association members as the court has ordered, so they would rather destroy the whole list.

I won't GO AWAY !

Next week I will go visiting our dear Uncle Sam - IRS Austin regional office.

I vow that I would not rest until our greedy Board is ousted or jailed!

How unfortunate I was born and raised in a communist country, but how fortunate I am now living in a free country.

You have the freedom to choose to be blind and I have the freedom to choose to be wise.

Let us wait and see where our current Board members would end up one or two years from now. Do you think they still can run and profit from the Association when they are sitting inside the cage?
