More about Information Center
Dear Bill,
Information Center is extremely important to the Developer and to the home builders because it is located near the entrance of the Circle C Subdivision. Information Center is there for the potential home buyers.
However, Information Center is not important to Circle C homeowners at all. When a homeowner purchased his/her house, he/she would receive a new homeowner package. At that time he/she should be directed to contact Denise Nordstrom of CCHOA at 5919 La Crosse Ave. for any homeowner related questions. If a homeowner call or walk in the Information Center after he/she moves in, the employee at the Information Center can direct the new homeowner to contact Denise Nordstrom. Therefore, in my opinion, the expense we paid for the Information Center is an overlapped expense, which can be and should be totally eliminated. But, of course, it would not happen as long as our current Directors are on the Board.
The Directors of the Board of any Homeowners?’ Association are supposed to look after the interest of the homeowners. However, the Directors of the Board of CCHOA would only look after the interest of the Developer and themselves. They, including the Developer, use the HOA as a vehicle or money making machine to enrich themselves.
If after reading all my findings, you still insist there is nothing wrong in our HOA, something must be terribly wrong inside your head. You are either born without any brain cells or your head must be tragically stuck inside the concrete, not just in the sand!
Sincerely,
Lisa
