I can't wait until there are 7 members in the board, O'Reilly is no longer president and we can find out the answer to the question: ''WHY didn't the Board turn in a claim for the attorneys' fees of $100,000?''
Any guesses?
1) They forgot to pay the premium so
we didn't have insurance.
2) They were going against Texas Law
so the claim wasn't allowable.
3) There was plenty of HOA money
available in the bank to pay the
lawyers and BOD didn't want our
premium to go up due to them filing
a claim.
Another question: The insurance company cancelled our insurance!
Why?
The HOA has been left ''in the dark'' due to the lack of communication that has prevailed. We want to know!
''Wally'', do you know the answers to these questions? If so, would you mind sharing?
