Open Letter to Ken Rigsbee
May 7, 2003
Dear Mr. Rigsbee,
Yesterday you sent me a e-mail threatening that you would add me to the plaintiff's list when the Association counter sues against Mr. Gammon. I have to admit that I was intimidated by you, but after thinking it over, I welcome the opportunity to be sued by the Association. The advantages of being sued by Circle C Association are as follows:
(1) I will do everything I possibly can to make Circle C HOA's Financial Scandal into a national news story. I am a little woman who lives a simple life. I surely don't mind to add a little bit of spice into my life to make it more exciting. And I can assure you that you will also become the most famous treasurer in the nation.
(2) I will stir up this Financial Scandal as big as it can be in order to catch the attention of Internal Revenue Service, so that it would expedite the Capital Gain Tax Evasion investigation.
(3) Once this financial scandal becomes a front page news, it will definitely catch the attention of Travis County White Collar Crime Department, so that a criminal investigation will be conducted.
(4) Circle C homeowners will be able to get a new election without going through a lawsuit. We will be able to elect new blood to look after the interest of the homeowners.
(5) Maybe one day we both can make a book deal or movie deal out of this. It is an America way to make some extra bucks to secure a comfortable retirement.
Call me crazy but I look forward to being sued.
Sincerely,
Lisa
