Oust the Board in Next Election
It was a big disappointment that Mr. O'Reilly and Mr. Rigsbee are still our Board members. Today's hearing result only means they would stay on the Board a little bit longer. It is not the end of the world!
If we can let most of the homeowners be aware of CCHOA's financial scandal, our current board members will definitely be ousted in our next election.
I live at Circle C North. I will post my web site at the mail stations and hopefully more homeowners would visit my site and learn more about CCHOA's financial shenanigans. Can anyone do the same at Circle C South?

Just a wild guess...
Hi Lisa,
I think what she is trying to say is this...
You put your foot in your mouth...
Putting one's foot in one's mouth is an idiom for saying something that is the wrong thing to say in a certain situation.
So...when she asked what size foot you have, it is like saying you must have a big mouth because you put your foot in your mouth and were still able to talk.
In other words, I do not think anyone wanted it posted on the web site that the Circle C Homeowners and Circle C Homeowners Board of Directors won the injunction.
I personally did not go down to the hearings but a wild guess tells me that Mr. Gammon lost the lawsuit, especially since there are no hurrah postings on this web site.
I am sure you could call or email the Circle C Homeowners Association to find out the answer.

Let's all grow up
Really, we have to. The way we act are the way our kids will learn to act. They model us and we are not being great models right now. Look, in my opinion the board is a bunch of crooks and good old boys. Rulings are rulings, it seems to me that even though Austin enjoys the vibe of being a very friendly, open progressive town, and we still have this good old boy attitude. I say (at least for myself) I have to live with it for now, ignore it (most folks choose this way) or move. I agree with postings on this site to at least have a slight positive bend...don't attack each other personally, it's only thoughts and ideas and everyone has a unique outlook on life depending upon there own background. Enjoy your day! I am going to even though I still have to live with the idiots that run Circle C Ranch.

Results - Hazy
I attended the court hearing on Thursday. This hearing was a disappointment because a different judge pesided and she was not well informed. I beleive it was frustrating for both sides. The judge obviously didn't want to make any concrete decisions until pressed. She asked several times if the 2 sides could work it out. It seemed as if she wanted to let the previous judge decide.
However, these are the issues I think were decided. Do not jump all over me if I got it wrong. It was hard to determine exactly what she decided. It was also hard for here because after she left the courtroom she returned to say she may have miss spoken on one issue. With that preface...
The BOD won their exception which means Gammon can not represent ''all of Circle C''. He must amend his lawsuit to include the names of those homeowners who want to be apart of the suit.
Gammon won his summary judgement that states the BOD is not in control of the annual meetings. The judge ask that the 2 sides work something out.
She denied the BOD Items J,K and L. I have no clue what that is because no one read them or discussed them.
She stated that the Directors should remain in office until an replacement is voted in. She would not rule on whether they were legally or illegally elected. Oddly, she asked the BOD if they were willing to have an election for all 3 positions. They said no.
It is hard to post information that I am not 100% correct. I welcome anyone to give their opinion of the results.
