KXAN sent a reporter (Julie Shields?) to Kiker, to interview parents about why we need a new middle school in SW Austin.
She featured Pam Walsh, who explained her needs and expectations. Then Ed Scruggs spoke, too.
This makes up for a serious error that KXAN made last week, when they reported that our new Middle School was going to be in the next bond package. At this point, is NOT in that bond package.
Remember, the best thing that you can do, right now, is to go VOTE on the 15th.
It's important for a high turn out from SW Austin, so we can show the board that we can muster the voters needed to pass their bond issue, especially, if it includes the new Middle school we asked for.
