Yes, Indeed. That swimming pool was 'not' a donation. For two years, homeowners were asked to pay additional $60.00 each to cover the costs. There were 1500-2000 homes then, a simple math can tell the costs - $60x 2 x 1500 would be $180,000 minimum.
Lisa, in the mean time, I'll get copies of cancelled checks as exhibit evidence for IRS.
Enough is enough. Some should be behind bars !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lisa: I am courious when and if you really intend on going to court about
the scum BOD? I have written numerous times on the CC alternative web page
but CHOOSE, not to have my name used as I don't want someone putting a HIT
on me. I hope you get these sneeky bastards. I have NEVER seen such crooks
get away with stealing like these good old boys have!
I also hope you quit chopping off the heads of people that really support
you!!!!
Thanks and keep up the good work. S.

Seeking Justice for all of us
Dear Circle C Homeowners,
I discovered the overcharged Association fee in the early 2001 and have been investigating this financial scandal for more than a year. I have put in a lot of time and energy in this matter, and I determine to seek justice for all of us.
I already have had a meeting with a detective and a district attorney at the White Collar Crime Unit of DA?’s Office. Last week I was informed that Detective Smith is going to retire on September 12 and this case will be taken over by someone else. I will contact DA?’s office once in a while and monitor the progress of the investigation.
Couple days ago I had also met with an agent at the IRS Austin regional office. In addition to introducing him to my lovely Web site, I also turned over a bunch of hard evidence. Now let us wait and see how competent our Uncle Sam is.
I am aware that IRS is a very large agency and it is not as efficient as it should be. I also learned that many cases have fallen through the cracks. However, I can assure all of you that I will not let this financial scandal fall through the cracks. I will help our beloved Uncle Sam by visiting the IRS office religiously once every 3-4 months until justice is served. This is my promise to all of you and I always keep my promises.
Sincerely,
Lisa

To Sal Costello
Dear Sal,
Have I accidentally chopped off your head?
Sorry! I didn?’t mean to do that. I know you are a good man, but you are just too bossy. Do you still remember that you started bossing me around from the first day I posted on this Web site? Didn?’t I warn you that I hate being bossing around? You should take my words seriously.
Can I use some super glue to glue back your head?
The only way you can stop me communicating with you openly on this Web site is to unblock my e-mails.
Sincerely,
Lisa
