I was told by Sal Costello that Gary Bradley will meet with the parents soon. When you see Gary Bradley, could you please ask him the following questions?

(1) Based on the Travis County Appraisal District?’s record, the cost of the CDC facility was $608,160. But Gary?’s former employee, Steve Bartlett, said it was 1.7 million dollars. Did Gary Bradley?’s Phoenix Holdings profit $1,091,840 ($1,700,000 - $608,160) from a building it didn?’t construct?
(2) CDC facility was built by White Construction Company which was the general contractor, NOT the sub-contractor of the Phoenix Holdings. Please ask Gary Bradley why did he make a 180% profit on a building he didn?’t construct?
(3) Ask Gary Bradley what was the total amount he has squirreled from the $1,000/per home Escrow Fund? Was the money sitting in the Lizard Exempt Trust?
