Lisa vs. James O?’Reilly
The trial was on November 1, 2004 at 2:30 p.m.
James O?’Reilly was accompanied by a young male lawyer. I represented myself.
I showed Judge, Herb Evans, two albums. One contains the photos of all the other common areas at Circle C North, and the other one contains the photos of that ?“Weedy Donut?” at Edwardson Cove which I had collected for the last couple years.
Judgment to Lisa:
I didn?’t receive 50% refund of the Association dues. I was told that I paid the dues to the CCHoA, not to James O?’Reilly.
Judgment to James O?’Reilly:
Judge gave O?’Reilly a good scolding: ?“You should be ashamed of?…?…?…?….?”
O?’Reilly received NO attorney?’s fees.
I was very, very satisfied with the SCOLDING. To me the SCOLDING was much more rewarding than the refund.

Lisa vs. Terri & Michael Giles
The trial was on November 10, 2004 at 3:30 p.m.
Terri & Michael Giles did not show up. They were represented by Attorney Calley D. Callahan. I represented myself.
After reviewing the pleadings of both sides, Judge said that I was entitled to the answers and the documents. However, due to his ?“Lack of Jurisdiction?”, he could not force the defendants to provide me the answers and the documents. Judge asked me to consult with a lawyer.
Judgment to Terri & Michael Giles:
Judge told Attorney Callahan that Lisa Sun did not file a frivolous lawsuit, and therefore, her clients would not receive attorney?’s fees.

The Other Three Lawsuits
Lisa vs. Steve Bartlett
Lisa vs. Ken Rigsbee
Lisa vs. Susan Hoover
I decided to dismiss the above three lawsuits due to LACK OF JURISDICTION.
I have had enough with the Circle C Homeowners Association?’s financial scandal. I want to let District Attorney and Uncle Sam to handle the rest. I hope one of a day justice will be served. Bye now!
