I was appalled when i went to do laps today 8/30. at 1030 am the swim team had managed to take over most of the pool leaving residents two lanes. I feel the swim team needs to accomodate the residents. We pay annual fees and no doubt we contribute a lot more money than the team pays.

Get used to it!!
You better get used to it cause that's the way it has been and that?’s the way it will be as long as the EX Gary (I owe the government millions 'cause I filed bankruptcy & am sticking you chump taxpayers with the bill) Bradley employees and friends of / and business buddies run Circle C Ranch. (Only one homeowner in CCR is on the board, the other lives in Westlake and who knows where the other lives) I don't know if you are new to this development but most want the swim team OUT, or at least as you said allow the HOMEOWNERS who pay for the XZYX*** thing to dominate it as the swim team hogs most of it ALL THE TIME. The other option as others have mentioned, MOVE, or BUILD a pool in your back yard as we have NO CONTROL over ANYTHING in this development except being under the occupation of 3 BOD?’s who are in conflict of interests, especially Mr. Steve Bartlett ( a developer ) and the other BOD who award them selves the contract for landscaping calling themselves CCR landscaping. Hope their pockets are full of cash....because they will need it! |

Rescue is on the way...........
Please be patient; rescue is on the way. I am convinced that District Attorney?’s Office and our Uncle Sam (IRS) will eventually help us solving this problem one day. In the meantime, if you need more room to swim, I suggest you to use the Barton Spring Pool. I love Barton Spring Pool and I swim there about twice a week. The water is icy cold, but it is fine with me. |
