Hey all,
In my brief time on this bbs, I've learned a lot. Thanks so much.
I wanted to share with you some good news: a Vintage Placer, Chris Dietz, has tossed his hat in the ring for one of the director spots. Here's the note he sent out to his fellow VPers:
Friends and neighbors,
It is with much excitement and anticipation that I announce to you my intention to run for one of the new, hard-won director spots on the Circle C board of directors.
It?’s essential that Vintage Place gets one of those spots. We need representation. I?’d like to be your voice.
Many of you know me. I hope you?’ll agree that I?’m fair and open to listening to and learning about all sides of an issue; via the VintagePlace.net website, I worked hard to fairly and equitably present the various sides of the issues. I?’m committed to making Circle C an even better neighborhood. I?’ll work to make the board of directors accountable to the people who live here. I?’ll work on getting the pool back for the people. I?’ll sign the proposed code of ethics, and work to make sure it becomes a bylaw so that all directors sign it.
I?’ll make sure Vintage Place?’s voice is heard. I?’ll work to get us the playscape we were supposed to have a year ago.
And I?’ll listen to you, your needs and desires.
How can I help make Circle C and Vintage Place a better neighborhood for you? Tell me; together we?’ll make it happen!
A few of our neighbors have already volunteered to help my campaign; can you help, too? At the very least, I?’d really appreciate your vote.
I?’d love to hear your feedback. E-mail or call me : 751-4964
Best regards,
Chris Dietz
