Don?’t you think the Texas good old boys control enough of your life in this state? Has anyone ever considered that health insurance continues to rise for many other reasons besides court rulings? How about the Zillions that are spent on all kind of surgeries and doctor visits for every little aliment? For each little runny nose? Because our kids eat so much crap that they are forever getting ear infections and so called colds! (Oh, you don't think the 2 are related?) How many would be totally not necessary if people just took care of their bodies? Look at all the crap EVERYONE eats? (Notice all the stores built on Brodie & Slaughter, Taco Bell, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Whataburger, they would not build them if thats not what everyone wants!) Look how fat we are as a nation! How many of you exercise and drink purified water, sit and take deep breaths and have quiet moments? Don't be fooled just thinking it's the attorneys getting big awards. BTW, most all of these insurance companies are for PROFIT, so your rates will continue to rise. Texas is one strange planet!

AARP & Proposition 12


Someone sent me a list of organizations opposed to Proposition 12. On the top of the list was AARP. Of course these old folks don?’t care about rising health care insurance cost; they are already on Medicare. These people would only complain about prescription drugs which are not covered by Medicare.

Supersize it!

You?’re right on the money! As the ?“super size?” mentality continues, the medical system is going to get stalled by all the obese related illnesses. Maybe the Government could save a lot of money in the long run if they send a full-length mirror to every American home. Then the fat a--es could see how disgusting they look and maybe trade that pizza and burger for some decent food. Or, maybe the surgeons can stop doing all the unnecessary surgery and start doing a lot more stomach reductions

Fa(s)t Food places?

Why don't we sue the fast food stores or the makers of OREO's for making food that is so fattening and then making us eat that fattening food? That is what the Trial lawyers would like us to do! Then they could make money and give us a minute portion of what they make off it!
