The following is a copy of an email I just sent to the CCHOA. I ask for all questions to be answered. I'll post the reply here when I receive one.

CCHOA Board members,

The Judge ruled that the CCHOA could hold the election about 6 weeks ago. When will the election be held? Why has a date not been set?

The Bylaws committee submitted their work to you months ago. You set up the Bylaws committee. When will the residents of Circle C be able to see and vote on all the hard work our fellow residents (including Two resident lawyers) invested into this important task?

When will the election be held?
