Fight, don't switch !!
I think it's better to use all the effort to fight, rather than leave.
The CCHOA board is clearly out of touch with reality.
There is a better way to make changes, and that's not to say I don't agree with Circle C north at all. They have a valid gripe!!
I think CCHOA is growing at an alarming rate and it no longer is able to keep up with it's obligations to serve the community. We desperately need more board members and more member participation.
Summer is over, almost everyone is back at work and the kids are in school. It's time to get moving on the HOA issues we kicked off in the Spring.
1) Get back to changing the Bylaws.
2) Lets elect a full board, with reprentatives from each of the communities.
(I want a bylaw change the makes at least 6 board members come from out lying, underserved parts of Circle C - North, Wildflower Center, and the newer S/W areas that were just connected up this year.)
3) We need to address the current ''caps'' on assessments and fight the BOD - don't let them remove caps on assessments without a plan on how to spend that much money. They could well end up with $2-3 million dollars next year, and we know how fast they can waste our money.
4) Where the hell is our Voter list that the court ruled CCHOA must provide ?
5) Good bye to the CCR Infor Center - CCHOA should never have been paying for it or using it.
I understand and fully symathize with CCR north - they are not getting there fair share - neither are the rest of the members. Only Gary Bradley and the develpers are realizing the benefits of Y O U R HOA !
