I have asked our HOA numerous times for the UT contract over the past many weeks, but never got it.
Chris Dietz, a neighbor running for one of the 5 seats on our board, did get the UT contract and posted it on his site at this address:

It looks like it was signed sometime in January. In the pool survey that the CCHOA collected last year, the majority of those who answered the survey said they wanted the swim team gone. The amount the UT swim team pays is a fraction of what we pay for upkeep, lifeguards, insurance and heating. UT and Randy Reese have a real sweet deal at our expense. When will our HOA be free of special interests?
Maybe someone will present a motion from the floor at the next official members meeting in March. We need to have a vote among ourselves, to see if the swim team should be allowed to continue to take over our prize amenity.
