We need to get new CCHOA Bylaws and Board members voted on!
The CCHOA Achoc Bylaws Committee has presented to the Steering Committee and Board draft, proposed bylaws. Please see prior postings on www.circlec.cc to review the bylaws. The draft bylaws are clear and address issues of most importance to the CCHOA members.
The current CCHOA Board have stalled on addressing the proposed bylaws, as they similarly have stalled on getting back to the Board members' vote from March.
Each CCHOA should be very concerned about the actions of the CCHOA Board. You should be concerned about their ethics and honesty, to lack of information sharing, to significant conflicts of interest, to just plain rude and unprofessional behaviors.
As a former CCHOA Adhoc Bylaws Committee member, I strongly encourage every CCHOA member to become active; have your voice heard.
Ask the CCHOA Board to call a special meeting to vote on the proposed bylaws and to complete the Board member vote delayed since last March.
E-mail info@circlecranch.com today to demand a special meeting and vote. A majority of homeowners' vote is all it takes to make significant and needed improvements in the CCHOA.
Have your voice heard.
We, the Homeowners, must take back control of the CCHOA from our current Board who haven't listened and reacted to our many requests for improvements and ethics.
Sincerely,
Pam Voss
