There is nothing anonymous about me.
There is no posse.
I'm not on a high horse, and don't wish to be a board member.
I get ticked off when a handicapped neighbor (or any neighbor) is not treated with respect. Our management company should treat all homeowners with respect.
Maybe this site is a ''tin horn'', but it's been the first place for Circle C'ers to have free speech and share information. Last year, the board threatened to sue me through a resolution they all signed. I'm proud of this site, and you should be to. Hopefully someday, this site will no longer be used, and we can finally have an official Circle C site to have discussions in. More neighborly discussions, about smaller topics.
Rusty, you should be more upset about the two pages the board sent to your door Monday. You paid for it, and it was full of mistruths. Last years board said they have given full discloser. But I have a letter, from their attorneys, again that you paid for, that states their refusal. It says they don't legally have to give full discloser. If you or anyone else wants to see it, please email me at imacsal@aol.com with your fax number and I'll fax it to you. Has anyone seen any full discloser? O'Reilly has yet to answer my questions from December 4, 2003 about his land deal with Stratus. How much did he pay for the land on Mopac years ago? How much did Stratus pay him for that land in November 2003?
The December newsletter said he gave discloser on this. I emailed the ino center and there is no discloser. email them yourself and see first hand.
At times, many of us get frustrated, and present our thoughts more harshly than intended. I'm guilty of that, and I apologize.
