You HAVE help get AISD to include a enouch money in their September bond package! Please, just attend the next 3 hearings. 5 from CCHOA's Education committee will attend and speak, but they only get 2 minutes!!
This is hardley enough time to convince the AISD trustees that they are using inaccurate school census data and ignoring the explosive growth in SW Austin.
I don't have to tell you that if we don't get this school built, it will be 10-12 years before there is any chance, again. You will be busing your kids to east austin before they can meet our current needs with the current bond package. AISD needs $600 million and that's conservative. The board is currently afraid to ask for more than $420, so that won't include any middle school in the S/W part of Austin for the next 10 years !!
This is all about politics, not about the children.
You need to come stand with us and make a statement by being there. When asked, you can stand up and show your resolve without saying a word.
It's YOUR kids who need this school.

The first thing new home owners always ask about, is ''HOW ARE THE SCHOOLS HERE !''
So, this is also about the best way to increase your property values and mine!

(10 mintues driving time !!)
Come 30 minutes early, Parking is limited and we want to meet you in person.
You can fill out a blue comment card, but you don't have to speak. Better yet, bring a letter.
Ask for a commitment by AISD to include the Middle School we need in Circle C Ranch.
See, it's just not that hard!
