One way to make improvments in the CCHOA is to have only Board members who will communicate appropriately and effectively. Persons serving as leaders of the CCHOA must display appropriate, professional and civil behaviors. They must be willing to sign and abide by the Code of Ethics. The Board must be willing to act if the Code of Ethics is broken.
Attached is my e-mail to the current CCHOA Board. What will you do to support CCHOA improvements?
Subj: Request to the Board of CCHOA
Date: 2/12/04 7:00:00 PM Central Standard Time
From: Cimrosi
To: info@circleranch.com, hoaboard@circlecranch.com
This is an official request to the the Board members of the CCHOA, from a concerned CCHOA member.
I've read the two posts by Ken Rigsbee, current Board member of the CCHOA, on the unofficial, Circle C Neighborhood web site this past week. I was absolutely appalled that a seated, current Board member of the CCHOA would address anyone, much less current members of the CCHOA, in such a derogatory, verbally abusive, and published manner. Ken Rigsbee's behavior as a Board member must be addressed by the current and remaining Board.
Inappropriate behaviors such as those exhibited by Ken Rigsbee this past week cannot be tolerated. Over the past year, I have requested that Rigsbee be reprimanded or removed from his Board position due to other inappropriate behaviors he has publicly exhibited during the past year. You should be able to find prior requests in your records. Based on the published statements by Rigsbee this past week, I respectfully request that the Board take immediate action and remove Ken Rigsbee from his current Board position, effective immediately.
Verbal abuse and unprofessional behaviors cannot be tolerated in any civil organization. I urge you to immediately act and ensure appropriate behaviors are exhibited by all persons in leadership roles within the CCHOA.
Sincerely,
Pam Voss
