Neighbors,
Current by-laws allow we the people in Circle C Ranch to call a special meeting to do any CCHOA business we want. All you need is 10% of the members to call for the meeting. The 10% comes from the lawsuit.
Since it is apparent the board will not move on the proposed by-laws, we need a grassroots effort to call our own meeting to do whatever neighborhood business we want. If someone asks you to sign a petition for a special meeting of the CCHOA, sign it!
Heck, why not circulate a petition at the ''celebration'' over WalMart??
