very real problem

Since the contract was drawn I would like to see if there is a clause about quality of service to release contract due to lack of service. I have seen credit card receipts and some financial info papers of neighbors across yards after trash day. I pick them up and toss but what if someone else doesn?’t! I was very disappointed to see the trash company change to save a couple of dollars. I hope the incoming board of 7 will remember you get what you pay for.

Trash Service

I was visted by Dwayne Dow and presented this question to him, ''Why did we change disposal companies to save 2 bucks a month? They did not deliver out trash cans for a month, then they were inconsistent with pick ups and left a huge amount of dirty trash cans at the end of Escarpment'' He told me that they went with them because the old trash people were going to raise our rates so if we stayed with Longhorn the rates would have gone up.

If I am elected, I will get the bids for review and post my findings.

Thoughts on Shofddy Garbage Svc

For the person who suggested that a phone call to the garbage company is the best idea, thanks, but not realistic. Have you ever complained to an underpaid, customer support person who doesn't give a rat's a** about your singular problem? I believe that a unified CCHOB statement that the entire comunity is unsatisfied would be in order and the best first step.

To Rusty

Rusty,

I am quite satisfied with my garbage service. Are we having the services with the same garbage company? By the way, how do you know the employees working in the Customer Service Department of Action Disposal are underpaid?
