I have a great desire to take our President, James O'Reilly to court for not treating the common area at Edwardson Cove like all the other common areas in Circle C Subdivision for almost ten, long years. I am now asking your opinion, not your permission, to sue James O'Reilly.
Let me make that more clear that I want to sue James O'Reilly as an individual for the intentional neglect because I want him to pay for his own defense. I am not suing the CCHOA. I know if I don't sue O'Reilly now, I might lose the opportunity to sue him when he steps down in the next election which is one year away. I would prefer not to have to sue the Association.
So, please feel free to voice your objections if you have any. Again, I am asking for your opinion, not your permission, to sue this hypocrite.

you have got to be kidding
How do you find the time to dedicate to all these postings? do you have a job?
In the effort to help build concensus with the new board, you may want to consider finding another outlet for your time.
Hasnt this neighborhood gone through enough fighting? i for one am trying to keep an open mind and help promote unity rather than more divisivness. These constant posts by you simply promote more of the same rancor. Why dont you think about that? you think this wacko stuff you post somehow benefits Circle C? How do you suppose people outside our community view this kind of stuff? It looks like a bunch of crazy people live here.
You ask for opinions? Mine is that there is no way to take you seriously. your constant postings are off the wall and make you look silly. Sue the president of the BOD for ''not treating the common area at Edwardson Cove like all the other common areas'' Are you kidding?
Why dont you take all this time and energy and use it to volunter for one of the community committees, and do something to help build the community instead of the relentless attacks.

Dear Wally, I am not kidding
Dear Wally,
James O?’Reilly is so lucky to have a loyal friend like you; I envy him. To be frank, I really don?’t like filing lawsuits; otherwise, I would have been doing it long time ago. I believe I have been patient enough. After waiting for ten, long years, I am still living with a piece of weedy raw land even though Circle C homeowners have been charged more than half million on landscaping annually. Wally, ten years is a very long period of time. Don?’t you agree? How many of ten years do we have in a life time?
Wally, since you are a loyal buddy of James O?’Reilly, why not shows your loyalty with your action ?– I welcome you to come to Edwardson Cove to do the landscaping. You may remove the weeds and then plant grass, ground cover or flowers. Are you coming?
Sincerely,
Lisa
Landscape Expenses for the last four years

Hypocrite or not, ..............
let the jury judge it.
O?’Reilly Speech
ZAPCO
May 19, 2002
Hello, and thank you for your patience in listening to all of the concerns that are being expressed here tonight. My name is Jim O?’Reilly and I am President of the Circle C Homeowners Association. I am here to represent the official position of the Circle C HOA at this point in time. First of all, I would like you to know a little bit about me. I have lived in Circle C Ranch since 1988, as one of the first homeowners. I am currently living in my third Circle C house with my wife and five children. Since day one, I have been highly involved in the community; along with my neighbors we have been publicly active in lawsuits, at the legislature, and the courthouse.
Circle C Ranch has grown from a tiny community of 50 homes in 1989 to over 2,800 homes today. Our homeowners bring diversity, expertise, diligence, community service and volunteerism, respect for the environment, and a lot of children to the neighborhood. I have made my friends here, and we have raised our families and shared our common values in what I believe to be unique and special ways.
The Circle C Homeowners Association is the official representative of its membership ?– the homeowners and single-family lot owners of Circle C. When a home is purchased in Circle C Ranch, each owner becomes a member of the Association with voting rights, use of the assets and common areas of the Association, and the responsibility to abide by the deed restrictions and protective covenants. THE CIRCLE C HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION HAS A RESPONSIBILITY TO ITS MEMBERSHIP TO PROTECT THE HEALTH, SAFETY, AND WELFARE OF ITS MEMBERS AND COMMUNITY.............
