Circle C Neighbors,
This video footage exemplifies what is wrong with our homeowners' association. The footage seen here will also be on News 8 Austin and other stations today.

OH MY GAWD !! D-Wayne Dow !?
This is the creep that's been running around pulling up campaign signs all week long ?
For shame, dude !!
No wonder his phone number isn't in the Circle C phone book! Sir, you just caught the CCHOA Parks Committee chairperson in a criminal act! I'm no policeman, but I think he broke the law!
Geezzz, he must be really Em-Bare-Assed !! Caught red-handed, swiping legally placed signs off of city streets !!
It's horrible, sad, but HONESTLY, it's kind of funny, too! You should send this to America's Funniest Video's.
D-Wayne Dow is a trip !!
Shame on you, Mr D !! Is this your idea of community leadership ?

That is sad.
That is sad. Who will pay for the stolen property (Signs)? Normally signs are not an issue on weekends only if they offend.
Apparently those signs offended a select group.
I hope my proxy vote does some good. I worked with Ken and Jim years ago; they did good things for Circle -C; but this is 2004, a different community which should run itself. Jim left for I think Sarasota, Florida and lived there for I estimate a year or more. Yet his statement claims he has been a resident since 1989. It should have read he was first a resident in Circle C in 1989 but left for a year or so then came back in 1990 something.
If His topic sentence is a stretch what about the rest of what he has to say?

''Residents Gone Wild!''
What a hoot!
Sort of like ''residents gone wild.'' Still, some folks see no moral problems at all with stealing opponents' campaign materials. What spineless bastages.
I don't mind losing to a fair fight; cheaters, however, really tick me off.
