?“?…?…?…Once we have a concept and a plan, we can go to the Phoenix Holdings to show what we want, and with their approval and advice, move forward to fund the projects?…?…?…?…?…..?”
Wake up!
Phoenix Holdings has ripped us off dearly in so many ways for all these years. Can the Association have some positive things done without any association with Gary Bradley and Phoenix Holdings?
If we accept a piece of ?“donated?” land from Phoenix Holdings/Gary Bradley, we should expect to be ripped off by Gary Bradley three times or more of the fair market value of that piece of land later!
This is FACT! Don?’t delete my post!

This is also FACT
Do you really believe that we are going to receive a piece of so-called ?“donated?” land from Phoenix Holdings?
For all these years, we, homeowners, have been paying property taxes on several pieces of Phoenix Holdings?’ vacant land. I have copies of those tax bills and the CCHOA?’s check stubs.
