Should Susan Hoover charge us $55 per hour for the services that was supposed to be rendered by the Board members themselves?

(1) Susan Hoover charged CCHOA under the business name of Castle Management Realty Services.
(2) Castle Management Realty Services did not bill CCHOA directly, but instead, it billed through Alien, Inc. Do you know WHY?
(3) If Castle Management Realty Services billed CCHOA directly, these charges would easily be discovered. However, when Castle Management Realty Services billed through Alien, Inc. and Alien, Inc. billed CCHOA of all kind of services, Susan Hoover's charges would be buried inside and hard to be discovered unless you have access of the itemized invoices. This is one of the tricks/games white collar criminals like to play.
