The Statesman (specifically Arnold Garcia), City Council (not all of 'em but many) have got to be connected in some way to what has managed to 'slip by' in CCR. Example, Escarpment extension sliding through, Garcia being quiet about the Temple Inland expansion on the aquifer. Here?’s why I REALLY think this... Straight out of the horses (jack ass) mouth at the meeting...Rigsbee mentioned how much & how closely CCR has worked with the city and council. I have witnessed public council meetings; they have decided their votes long before that day and all of us citizens who came to protest one way or the other were really just wasting our precious time. Rigsbee is good at one thing, lobbying! I'll bet he has lobbyed the hell out of council along with Stratus Properties! |
