All of a sudden there have been a heavy influx of strays in the nieghborhood(Dogs as well as cats). Most of these animals have collars so it's us being careless or people not caring. Animal control will only come out if the animal is dangerous. The humane society if it is injured. So it's up to us to keep our pets in line and at home.
