Ok, let me rephrase that...If I were the "go to guy" for questions, who at Carizzo would I ask those questions of?  I don;t need RTHOA e-mail, I would ask the same thing I have asked you here, and why is it that with so many things unsettled we don't have a representative?

At the last HOA meeting our old landman passed on the information of the new guy to contact. Does anyone have that guys contact information? I have several questions I would like answered also, as i live on the corner and have not received a check for the extra to the centerline or any information on when/if it is coming.  With all the news about offers being pulled I would like to speak to the directly since that is who I signed my lease with.

EXACTLY!  We listened to our hoa in good faith, and signed our leases in good faith, our CONTRACT however, is NOT with RTHOA it's with Cheaha(Carizzo)!
