Okay...first of all just want to say....Isn't this exactly what you wanted....nothing??  More than likely no drilling is going to occur here...for a long time...So basically everyone got a nice little bonus check for doing nothing...It might just so happen that these leases will expire before they can get enough signatures and then they will have to work on a new deal and attempt to sign everyone again...You are probably just mad now because you waited to sign and got Nada....now you want your money and it's too late. It sounds to me from all your posts that you are never happy with anything...in fact, I stopped using this site because I was tired of hearing the same cry baby complaints and smart ass coments...I felt like I was in high school again and that was only a few years ago...so GROW UP...and find something better to do... I only signed on last time to report a burglary on my street and attempted to give you some information and instead get the usual...a smart ass coment back...needless to say..don't bother responding with another smart ass comment because I will not be returning here again...good luck to you...hope you can find something better to do with your time than post on here...

Candy did you know this was directed at you??

There are alot of us that signed a LONG time ago that still have not received our full bonus like others,  I really don't care if it expires, that would suit me fine, what I do care about, is that NO ONE can ever give a straight answer on ANYTHING!!! Just more rhetorical bs and assumption, but we're supposed to trust our HOA officers!  the BIGGEST ISSUE was that darn wall and now according the Company they don't have to do it because the agreement was originally with someone else.  The RTHOA wanted us to jump on board and sign based on certain arguments, we did and now.....?  Just curious Jean...where did you come from and why do you assume I should care who this was directed at?  What do you think since the 90's...Fatguy...tcb..., and anyone else who signed based on certain factors and still we get no direct answers except contact HOA!!!  HOA did you know this is directed at YOU!  I was under the impression that signing would BENEFIT EVERYONE...WELL!!!
