Jeers to the assault from a RT Homeowner

Posted in: River Trails

wgm0075 - I agree, assaulting someone is not always right.  But did you see what took place?

My goal here is to not pick a fight, or having a tinkling match with anyone, it's just that until we come together, nothing will change, including cheap-shots at hoa family members.

I also remember a time when people had to "ruffle someone's feathers" to get their point across.  Oh the poor little pizza guy.  Whatever!  If he hit my son driving too fast, it would be his last day on this earth, and I do not care what anyone says about that.

Our society is too soft, and too much in favor of the perpetrator's rights, and I'm sick of it.

If you're so responsible keep your kid out of the street...again it need's to be stressed streets are for cars!!!  If you will keep your kid out of the street I promise not to drive in your back yard or through the school playground or park.  hat happened to parents taking responsibility instead of blaming the world for their lousy parenting skills or irresponsibility....LAZY!  What happened to "if I catch you in the street I'll whip your "ask"Wink?  I know, it's the teachers fault your kids are screw ups to.  FYI  speed limit is 30 unless otherwise noted,  keep your kids out of the street, or maybe we should ban pizza delivery too, since we're banning soccer and kickball at school and driving the speed limit on streets.  It's all fun and games til someone mentions an officers or officers spouses name.  PS: Banning together doesn't mean I have to give an organization my money for an easter bunny, yard sign or speed hump, nor does it mean I have to agree or subscribe to the boards "opinions"!

If any of yall had so much concern for the pizza driver, why did you not come and talk to the police when they came to the scene? I was there and talked to the police, because I saw the whole thing develop. You must have heard the language the pizza driver used before and after he almost ran the man over, if you saw what happened. OH that is because you did not see it, you just stick your nose in

It seems that both were at fault.  What language did the man use when he attacked the pizza driver?  How fast was the car going?  How did the man approach the pizza driver?  Did the pizza driver really almost hit the man?  What was the man doing in the street?  And so on and so on.  Since this incident was posted,  it is now public knowledge.  Board members are held to be accountable and therefore MM should have already posted what actually happened so neighbors are not left to speculate.   Or better yet,  since it involved a board member,  how about our neighborhood COP posting what happened to help sustain credibility.
