They did but they posted bail.   Police asked father if they could search the house and he refused.  So,  the police now have to obtain a warrant.   This was info passed along on Sunday so I am not sure whats happened or if anything.   I see the Cougar is gone.  Wonder if it was towed?  There are several different cars in front of that house and the neighbors house.  They are driving around our neighborhood all the time.  Take the license plate number down of any suspicious vehicle and call it in. 

Just got the Spot Crime today.  Looks like these are thefts from vehicles. 

Warrant executed this morning.

SWEET!  So,  if they were caught and nothing is found in the house - can they still be prosecuted?  Sorry,  just don't know how all this works.   We have a witness that saw the vehicle/ people in the driveway on the day my neighbors house was robbed.  Can't they still go to jail?      

If they are out on bail, then they will still be tried.  So if at trial they are convicted then they will go to jail.  But while they are out on bail... who knows? Unless they get busted for something else and have their bond revoked or are held without an option for bail.
