Is anyone in this neighborhood as bothered by the noise coming from the Richmond U. Hospital as I am? I have contacted almost everyone I can think of who might have some clout but the noise continues 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Has the Livingston Community ASsociation discussed this. Comments anyone?
