Turtle Cove is a waterfront neighborhood on Lake Jackson in Monticello, GA. It is located about 55 miles southeast of Atlanta and 45 miles north of Macon. Turtle Cove residents enjoy excellent amenities, including golf, tennis, indoor / outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant and bar and several parks with picnic areas, beach volleyball and boat ramps.

Turtle Cove Property Owner's Association Inc, a nonprofit membership corporation, was created for the purposes of maintaining, improving, regulating and preserving the Common Properties, administering and enforcing the covenants, restrictions, easements and liens, and collecting and disbursing the assessments and charges hereinafter created for the Turtle Cove subdivision.
