My family and I are new to the area but in the short period of time we have live in UHR, I have noticed that the majority of cars on my street do NOT do 25 miles per hour (as posted). I have two small children and I feel like we cannot play in the front yard because it may be dangerous. Is there anything I can do or the home owners association can do to help? Any suggestions?
