University Oaks Neighborhood Association
One Community, One Goal!
Unlike other communities in our area, University Oaks residents do not have to pay mandatory homeowner's fees. All revenue used to support our neighborhood comes directly from membership dues.
It is a statistical fact that homes in Texas with an active community area have an increased property value over homes without one. Keeping the Pool, Clubhouse, and Park grounds open and in good repair is the goal of University Oaks Neighborhood Association.
