Good News! We saved a lot of money on our insurance!

Our neighbor, Simon Salas, researched our skyrocketing insurance costs, and found a solution! University Oaks Community Association was going to pay $4,500 to renew our community clubhouse and pool insurance this year. Luckily, Simon stepped up to the plate and scored a homerun! Over the past few months, he received three insurance quotes and landed us a reasonable rate of $2,600 this year!
UOCA plans to paint our pool with the money saved on our insurance.
Our neighborhood also generated $200 from the sale of Entertainment coupon books! Thanks to all who purchased the $25 book. More are available. These books make great holiday presents for families or anyone who enjoys entertainment! Call me for your book, 697-0127.
It costs about $2,000 to re-paint the pool, so the insurance savings and fundraisers help to make the upkeep possible. UOCA also received donations from neighbors after the survey. Thanks to all!
