UP keeps growing! Changes ("Quick Wins 2") in R-0-1-2 zoning including setbacks, bulk plane, floor-area-ratio, are being drafted by
a citywide committee of city staff, residents, architects and developers. Also a new zoning category, Transit-Mixed-Use (TMU) is proposed by the city for
