a. McLeland Residence – 2905 Union Street – Don Hodges/Charlotte Meriot
Site Development Permit to construct basement and first story addition to existing single family dwelling using zero yard option. An 18,000 sq. foot site with sensitive hillsides.

b. Petrie Residence – 3520 Dove Court – John Petrie
Request to initiate zone change to permit lot split. Split would enable possible sale of lot portion and construction of a unit on lower portion of lot (adjoining Walnut Avenue paper street at the end of Bear Drive)

III. Discussion Item

a. Washington and Albatross Project – Ian Epley
Discussion of potential for multi-family redevelopment on west side of Albatross south of Washington Street (between Washington and University)
