Dear Arthur,

Why cannot the bookmobile personnel move some books inside into nursing homes? Maybe some librarians could read to the patients.  I remember Miriam Hospital had traveling libraries for patients.

I believe they do have books for the nursing homes, but we have staff cutbacks and libraries open late on Thursdays as part of cutbacks...but might be a great idea for volunteers to help at nursing homes...maybe RSVP program at BVCAP could help as well...or the places of faith might have members to help...or better even the students with service projects whether at school or for their religious graduations..
