Noise and the CC&Rs

Posted in: Val Vista Villas
Okay, here is a thought...With CC&Rs that will result in a letter being sent to a homeowner if their home has two small weeds (3 inches tall) growing in the driveway concrete, how is it that SO MUCH noise can be allowed in this community througout the day or night? Barking dogs, loud vehicles, motorcycles, go-peds, and dirtbikes being driven/riden around the community, juveniles playing and being loud late at night in front of homes that they do not live in??? Just a thought, any response would be appreciated.
Noise pollution

Unlicensed vehicles on the streets are not permitted on the streets of the association. The situations has been taken care of. If it is continuing contact Kevin Hearty at 480 496-4444 or write him an email with your complaint.
KHearty@Cityproperty.com. Juveniles is an issue with the police. Keeping a community nice is a joint project and requires the attention of the community.

CC&Rs Violations

Well, your reply addresses some of the many issues mentioned. I disagree with the statement that juveniles are an issue with the Police. As a community with a set of CC&Rs, noise and/or disruptive behavior should be covered, therby holding the homeowner responsible for what residents or visitors (juvenile or adult) do while on property. The Mesa PD have no power to enforce juveniles playing/ being load on the streets in this community, as the traffic code does not apply to private property streets, such as the ones here at VVV.....
