I just wanted to inform the residents of Valleyview country Estates that my last power bill was incorrect. I hope this did not happen to you. The final reading of the meter was overstated by a good deal. This lead to a bill that was over 40% greater than it should have been. When calling Alabama Power they were very nice and corrected the bill using the new meter reading that I gave them. You may want to keep a close eye on your meter reading to make sure you are not being overcharged.
