Distorted Truth II

Ms. White you wrote:

I guess when money taken out of employees checks for the IRS did not go there, that is acceptable to you. I guess when money was supposed to go to Workman's Comp did not go there, that is acceptable to you.''

No it was not acceptable, and unlike you I worked to pay those bills instead of complaining about them as you did. It has always been my position to take care of the debt of the Village and that is what I worked for and accomplished. You, Ms. White only wanted to complain about so and so and do NOTHING to actually solving the problem.

''Russolillo said the Village was in the best shape it had ever been. How could he say that when bills weren't being made. Why did you and others tell me not to calls the people that the Village owed? Why did you and others flip when I found out the bills were not be paid?''

I can think of many reasons why you should not have called the creditors of the Village. 1) It was not your job and by calling people you caused more confusion. In fact Bills for the Village were put in your Name. 2) You misrepresented yourself to the creditors of the Village causing even more confusion. YES you were entitled to the information, but I NEVER agreed with your methods. Your actions actually HURT the village because you would not tell people what you were doing and wanted to spring stuff on people trying to make them look bad. And I do not remember ''flipping out'' about anything that you did Ms. White.

Ms. White you wrote:
''When you are elected to an office, you are to be accountable to the people who put you there. By making the residents and employees pay again for something they had already paid, you covered for those responsible.''

The employees and residents NEVER paid twice and I NEVER covered for anyone. I wanted EVERYONE who played a role in the financial troubles of the Village held responsible. You Ms. White only wanted to hold two or three people. Who were you covering for?

I had a wonderful Christmas Ms. White. My son was able to rip open his own presents and he loves his Tickle Me Elmo extreme. I hope that you had a blessed Christmas and I hope you have a Happy New Year.
Give it Up, Paul

Anything I give Carol Luper or the attorney can be proven.

I did not say Watkins did not steal from the Village, because I am not there to keep an eye on him. I don't know.

You can bet Russolillo and Smith did not send some invoices to OPWC and the Village paid the whole 100%. You may not know where but I do.

You also know about the insurance fraud.

Get your act together!

Paul,
I hope you have someone do the math for you. You have a problem with figures.

The Village withheld money from employee's checks for taxes and pension funds.

It was not sent. You and the others didn't care where it went. You approved paying it again. I call that paying TWICE ! You wouldn't even approve an audit to find the money that was gone but Russolillo said was there.

I would never cover for Russolillo and Laura! You were the ones who covered for Russolillo.

You and the other berated me because I told the IRS, pension funds, worksmans comp and others.

You are a joke!!!

The Truth Will Always Win Out

Ms. White I have on numerous occasions stated that I believe the information that you have provided, what I have never agreed with our your interpretations.

Ms. White you wrote:
''I did not say Watkins did not steal from the Village, because I am not there to keep an eye on him. I don't know.''

But you cannot make blanket statements like you were that he was stealing. You do not know one way or the other.

Ms. White you wrote:

But what were the invoices for? Could they even be sent to OPWC? What it the invoices were for work that was not reimburseable by OPWC, but the work was done for the Village and it needed to be paid. There are a lot more questions to be asked than your broad statement that they made the Village pay 100%.

Ms. White you wrote:

Ms. White there was no insurance fraud. It was investigated by the State and no wrong doing was found. The Village Hall was flooded. The insurance adjustor visited the hall and submitted the claim. The money was used to make repairs on the Village Hall that was damaged from the flood. It is your interpretation that there was fraud and it was investigated and it was found that your claims were unfounded.
