Below is a link to check on the status of mosquito fogging for the Village. The Franklin County Board of Health has not contacted the Village to inform us of any impending fogging. You can monitor the status by following the link below.
When the County notifies the Village I will try and get the information posted here on the site and we are also looking at posting the information in the posting boxes and putting signs out. If you have any questions please contact the Village Hall or you may contact me directly.

Why Not ?
Why aren't you not contacting the County?
I can remember that some times they don't. What is Watkins doing?
What committee does this fall under?

Because
We are not Contacting the County at this time because they are not fogging. They have set mosquito traps in the Village and are monitoring them. If the mosquito population is found high enough they will fog. Once a decision is made they will contact the Village. This is consistent with the mosquito management plan that is the same that was in effect when you served on Council Ms. White. Nothing has changed during your absence.
The Mayor is in contact with the Board of Health. There are other issues with abandoned pools in the Village that have been reported to the Health Department and the Village is working with the Health Department to contact the Banks controlling the properties to drain or remove the pools to remove the breeding grounds.
I am unsure which Committee it could fall under specifically. It could be Property and Planning or Public Safety, but the Mayor has always in the past maintained the contact with the County and is the individual that the County would contact to tell us that they will be fogging.
