I asked the following questions at the July meeting. I would like to hear the answers.
Questions:
In Vermilion there are 58 homes responsible for paying association fees. At $125.00 x 58= $7,250.00. Why does the 2007 beginning budget show only $7,100 budgeted? $150.00 shy of the proper amount.
The budget reflects $6,483.08 collected as of this date for this year. That would mean 51.86 residents have paid their dues. Who are the remaining 6.14 residents who have not paid? $767.50 outstanding dues.
Has a proper lien been filed on the property of the unpaid members? And are we using certified mail to inform the member?
What was the $155.47 expense for January, labeled ?“subdivision?”?
Have we sent out $80.40 of correspondence by U.S. Mail, If not, how much have we used?
Are records being kept on non-paying members from previous years if any? And the total they owe?
How much is budgeted for Block Party, Halloween Party?
