Are our pool hours too restricted? Many people would like to use the pool very early in the morning for exercise before going to work. Is it fair that Splash Pool Services has exclusive use of the pool (For swim team) in the early morning hours instead of the people who pay for the pool? Would it be more fair if one lane was available to neighborhood residents who wished to exercise in the morning? Or would anyone actually use it if it were available? Would a 7:00 lane time be early enough or would people want to swim at 6:00 am? How much would it cost to make the pool available from 6:00 am to 7:00 am in the summer (before swim team) for exercise swimmers? Would it be worth it?
